To redeem your HHonors points for the booked packages (packages range from 30,000 to 40,000 HHonors points), you must request to redeem once onsite at the Spa. The Spa will then contact Hilton Reservation Customer Care (HRCC) to deduct your points and an agent will confirm the transaction with you directly. HRCC will deduct points from your account and provide a certificate number to you.
