  We are pleased to offer Dry Cleaning, Laundry, and Valet/Pressing Services 7 days a week. Minor tailoring is also provided through our Valet department.

• Dress Attire

  Kindly refrain from wearing “T” shirts, tank tops, faded jeans, “cut-offs” and casual hats in the Main Hotel Lobby, Park Avenue Lobby, restaurants or public areas of the hotel after 6:00 pm. While name badges may be worn by conference attendees in private conference rooms, we request that name badges be removed in the public areas of the hotel. We truly appreciate your cooperation.

• Electrical Current Voltage

  The electrical current voltage in all of our rooms is 110-120 volts (60 cycles). Adapters are available through our Housekeeping Department or at the Front Desk.

• Hotel Vehicle Access

  The hotel occupies an entire city block between Park and Lexington Avenues and 49th and 50th Streets. To enhance your arrival experience, kindly use the motorcade entrance at 100 East 50th Street between Park and Lexington Avenues.

• Handicap Access

  Park Avenue Entrance is available through stairs only. Handicap access is available on the Lexington entrance of the hotel or through the Waldorf Towers entrance next to the garage.

• Hotel Historic Tours

  Hotel Tours are offered exclusively with lunch at either Peacock Alley or Oscar's restaurant where guests can sample a selection of our famous dishes. Tours for individuals start at 10:15 AM every Thursday and Saturday. For reservations, please call our reservation desk at (212) 872-1275. Tours for groups (Minimum 15) can be scheduled anytime. • Garage Parking

  The hotel offers Valet Parking for a fee: $50 for hotel guests per night and $60 per night for an oversized vehicle (SUV, Light Truck). The motor entrance is located on 50th Street at the corner of Park Avenue. For further inquiries, please call 212-872-4640.

• Fitness Center

  The Hotel main Fitness Center offers state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. Located on the 5th floor, the facility is accessible 24 hour. Waldorf Towers guests and Concierge Levels guests enjoy complimentary access to the Guerlain Fitness Center located on the 19th floor.

• Pets

  We welcome pets under 25 pounds. A one time fee is due at registration.

• Safe Deposit Boxes

  Safe deposit boxes are provided in the Main Lobby at no charge for the safekeeping of guest's valuables. (Note: The General Business Law of the State of New York limits the hotel's liability for the loss of cash, jewelry, and other valuables.)

  Our transportation Desk is located in the Main Lobby and will make reservations for limousine service. Limousine service is offered by Capricorn.
